Coffee powder (Elachi Flavoured)

When we talk about turmeric, we are talking about an orange-yellow spice also known as koenier, tumeric or kunyit. Turmeric is extracted from the Curcuma Longa plant and is grown in tropical and subtropical countries. The root of the turmeric plant is dried and ground into a fine powder after cultivation. The dried ground powder can be stored for a long time and is ready to add to various dishes.

Turmeric is a seasoning that is used for a true color and taste sensation. The yellow color of turmeric is often used as a coloring agent so that you can easily put an attractive, colorful dish on the table.
